We provide you the quotation. If the rate suits you, we move ahead with further processing.
We request you to provide the Best possible information while seeking Quote, as there are various factors involved which effect the pricing. For example – You need 5000 prints, but seeking a quotation for 10 prints will have a tremendous difference.
This section has been put up post looking at the last two years of experience with our clients.
When we say Sample -> It simply means you will get a prototype (NOT the finished product) to access the quality of the material and printing.
Reason -> Samples (low quantity) are handmade whereas Bulk order is machine-made. Quality in both the cases cant be compared.
We have seen clients requesting for sample, wants to promote their products through Sample’s photography, etc.
If that is the main purpose of getting a sample, it needs to be communicated upfront.
We know what it’s like waiting in for a delivery, that’s why we offer as many delivery options as possible to give you control. Depending on how quickly you need your print, you can choose from several options to make sure your order arrives at a time that’s convenient for you.

Any date quoted for delivery of the work via the website is indicative only. Skgprintmedia.com and its delivery partners will do their best to meet time scales however in this agreement time is not of the essence. Delivery is deemed to be complete either when posted or, if by courier, when it is collected. Enquiries about tracked deliveries can be made online or my emailing info@skgprintmedia.com quoting your order details. We have partnered with the most efficient and reliable courier and logistics service providers to assure that you receive your order on time and safely with full courtesy and attention.
Please Note: The delivery timeframe mentioned on product details is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon the address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues and other circumstances that might affect delivery. The following items can’t be returned or refunded because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

- Items on sale
We don’t accept refunds or cancellations – But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Cancellation can only be accepted if we have not already begun to process your order, subject to following conditions
In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we try to print the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:
If Order is put into process then 40% Cancellation Charges (From Total Order Cost) shall be deducted.

Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made Skgprintmedia.com will automatically cancel the order. An email notification will be sent to you when we cancel the order.
